Jerky
There is jerky and then there is flavorful, mouth watering delicious jerky.
Honey Lake jerky is second to none in flavor.
Pressed Jerky - $6.00/lb (raw)
Honey Lake Steak Strip Jerky - $8.00/lb (raw)
CHOOSE: Original - Teriyaki or Cajun (spicy hot!)
The cost of jerky is based upon the raw weight of the meat prior to
cooking. It is then seasoned and cooked. When you receive it your jerky
will be ready to eat. (Note there will be 30-50% shrinkage)
Tenderizing
Add $20/deer - You choose what you want tenderized
Additional Trim
Pork $1.99/lb
Beef $1.99/lb
Tip: When adding trim for burger we recommend beef for best flavor and
freezer longevity.
Miscellaneous
Field dressing - $25
Caping for taxidermist - $40
Antler removal - $10
Jawbone removal and aging - $10
Cleaning charge for dirty skinned deer - $20
Payment
There is a $30 deposit on each deer brought in for processing. Balance will be due
upon receipt of order • We accept cash or credit cards:

- Due to limited storage space we ask that you promptly pickup your order -
- We reserve the right to refuse to process any deer or trim that is not properly
processed. Trim needs to be brought in kitchen containers or non-recycled
containers to avoid meat contamination
