beginning with our Secure it log-in system. You can be
assured that all orders are processed individually and
that this system clearly identifies your trophy as
belonging to you throughout.
After you place your order, it moves quickly through our professional weigh-in station; skinning; optional taxidermy preparation; stainless-steel, thermostatically controlled storage and aging cooler; professional butcher shop; vacuum packing; optional all-natural wood smokehouse; clean storage freezers; and retail outlet for pickup.
Consistency in providing only the highest-quality products to every customer
every time is our number one priority. While a sparkling-clean, professional
operation is where it all begins, we know that it has to end with great taste.
That is why we use only the freshest USDA-inspected beef and pork trim in
our processing operation, and complement it with the finest blends of our
secret all-natural seasonings to enhance the flavor.
In order to accommodate our hunters, Honey Lake Smokehouse & Wild Game Processing is one of the few
processing facilities open to the general public seven days a week during the season.
Our hours of operation are as follows.
Monday through Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Sunday: 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
