For Southern plantations, the dove hunt represents the kick off to the fall sporting season, and it’s no different at Honey Lake Plantation. We have three-split seasons in October, November, and late December-Early January. Hunts are held the traditional way in fields of sunflowers, soybeans, millet and corn. Between 10 and 12 hunters are needed for each hunt, and they make for a perfect family or group outing.
