he lakes at Honey Lake Plantation Resort are chock-a-block with trophy largemouth bass, hybrid Tiger bass, and gigantic bream. Fish the smaller lakes on your own or head out onto Honey Lake, Lake Ashley and Lake Hooking Bull with a guide. For any first time anglers or for those in need of some coaching, our patient guides double as instructors. They are as comfortable working with expert anglers as they are working with young kids.
Bring along a casting rod, a spin rod, or a fly rod and work the seams along the deadfall and the lily pads. And be sure to bring a net, you’ll absolutely need it.
